Nick Scarpa scored his first career shutout, making 22 saves, as Andover blanked Acton-Boxboro 2-0. Brian Sargent had a goal and an assist for the Warriors (2-0-1).

Dramatic draw

With just 22 seconds left in the game and the Andover net empty, freshman defenseman Caeden Dillman pounced on a loose puck, attacked the goal and stuffed the puck home for his first career score, which gave Andover a season-opening 2-2 tie with Chelmsford. Senior Dylan Gale scored the other Warrior goal, also the first of his career.
