The first no-hitter in the fine career of North Andover's Britt Hart and the clutch hitting of Kate Roddy were the keys for Brooks, which won both games yesterday in the Big East Tournament and will play Tabor Academy this morning in a battle of winner's bracket unbeatens.

Freshman Danielle Sierra singled in Angie Gonzalez in the seventh inning, capping a four-run explosion that brought Greater Lawrence Tech an 11-10 comeback win over Northeast. On Senior Day for the Andover softball team, Alex Strock had a grand slam, went 5 for 5 and had five RBIs while Ashley Coffey started and smacked two doubles and drove in three runs in a 15-3 rout of Notre Dame.

Ali French led the way with a home runs, two hits, and RBI for Amesbury as the Indians beat Masconomet before their big showdown with Triton. Anna Webber (3 hits, 2 RBIs), Laura Kaminski (2 hits), and Miranda Ballard (2 hits, RBI) all had good games at the plate.

Returning Eagle-Tribune All-Star Morgan Farmer slammed three triples and knocked in four runs in a 9-0 Sanborn rout of Epping. Lydia Colbert threw a three-hitter for the win for the Indians, striking out 10.
