Fellow 11th grader Meghan Chatellier, a forward, dropped in 11 points to help aid the victory. Breezy Dwyer added four points and eight rebounds and Alex Vavladellis chipped in with five steals and a basket.

The Fishermen stormed out of the gate and built an early lead against the Patriots. They were also able to sustain offensive aggressiveness throughout the game by putting 42 shots on the Revere net, as opposed to the mere 17 shots on goal by the home team.

Read More »GLOUCESTER | It wasn't exactly the ideal weather forecast, but the Gloucester football team was happy to be back at home in Newell Stadium last night for the first time in 35 days.
Coming off four consecutive road games, the Fishermen were able to defend their home field and knock off Revere, 41-6, on a very rainy and uncharacteristically muggy late October evening. With the victory, Gloucester remained unbeaten at 7-0 (2-0 NEC Large), while the Patriots fell to 3-4 (0-2 NEC Large).
