Joslin Gove sent North Andover home with a seventh-inning double, powering a 4-3 victory over Billerica. Gove also earned the pitching victory with two innings of relief and Jenna Roche kept the Knights close with a two-run fifth inning homer.

Evan Brenner notched his third win of year, and added two hits and two RBIs as Andover  defeated Billerica. Jackson Brown, PJ Reming and Mason Rosner also had two RBIs each to pace the Golden Warriors.

Three rallies led to North Andover girls tennis beating Billerica 4-1. Callie Dias fought back to win No. 2 singles 3-6, 6-2, 6-3; Skyler Holland rallied to take No. 3 singles 3-6, 6-4, 10-1 and the No. 1 doubles team of Leah Tenenbaum and Jocelyn Jankowski earned a gritty 6-2, 1-6, 6-4 victory.

Janie Papell scored five goals and added two assists as North Andover beat Billerica 9-8 in overtime. Sam Melville made six saves for the winners.

Pat Roy scored four goals and added two assists, and Matt Roy turned in 18 saves — "Many of them were spectacular in the final minutes, said coach Steve Zella — as North Andover handed Billerica its second loss of the season, 12-6, in a battle of one-loss teams. Jack Daulton and Tyler Fay also excelled on defense for the Scarlet Knights (8-1).

Jordany Volquez was his dominant self, winning the 110 hurdles (14.2) and 200 (23.1) and added a victory in the javelin (141-5) as Lawrence beat Billerica 91-54. The Lancers swept the throws, with Jayzius Perez taking the shot put (40-9) and Argenis Luciano taking the discus (94-9).

Marco Gomez-Cabo had 19 assists, 11 service points and five aces to lead Andover to a 3-1 win over Billerica on Monday. Owen Chanthaboun added 19 kills and three blocks and Enzo Masters chipped in with 14 service points.

Balin Amirian rallied from a 2-4 deficit to win 6-4, 6-2 and clinch Haverhill's 3-2 victory over Billerica.
