Freshman Alex Gagnon scored his third goal of the season to lift Pelham boys soccer to a 1-0 win over Plymouth. The freshman launched a free kick from 25 yards over the keeper's head for the winning tally.

Pelham golf edged Plymouth by a point in a quad-meet at Campbell's Scottish Highlands, and Russ Hamel's even-par 35 for 27 points was a big reason why. Trailing by a point after the first four golfers came through, Colby Walsh and Peter Gamache both carded 43s to put the Pythons ahead.

Devita sparks Salem

 

Sophomore Ray Devita jumped up to the varsity and had two pins in the first minute as Salem won a tri-meet to finish its best dual-meet season in years with a 21-11 record. Tristen Cabinta had two pins to improve to 48-2 and now stands third all-time in Salem wins with 178.

D'Arcy shines for Salem

Emily D'Arcy placed third in the all-around, which included a third-place finish on the beam (8.4), to help Salem gymnastics take second at a five-team meet. Sydney Bartlett placed second on the beam (8.9) for the Blue Devils and Kasey Hartmann, Emma Liptrap, Emma Sheedy, Vanesa Aiello and Kylee Tommasi all produced scores that contributed.
