Quarterback: Jimmy Campbell

Coach: Jeff Wall

Parking: There is a good amount of parking behind the field, next to the high school. But once that fills up, spectators will have to park by the baseball field and down the street.

Insider Tip: Seating is limited, so late-arrivers may have to stand near the field. The snack stand serves a quality hot dog, and will have various North Reading merchandise, including large programs.

Series record: Lynnfield leads the overall series 29-19, but it was North Reading which dominated a year ago, 22-0, and two years ago, 34-6.

Hornets quarterback Jimmy Campbell is big (6-foot-1, 180) and has a powerful arm. He also has a tempting target in 6-1 Darren Hartwell. Dino Rizzo can run the ball and catch the ball out of the backfield, and he will even line up at quarterback and run or throw the ball.

Linebacker Brendan Lutz and massive defensive lineman Nick Chalmers (6-foot-2, 320 pounds) pace the defense along with Hartwell and tackle Ronnie Rossi. North Reading was able to hold both Newburyport and North Andover to 14 points apiece.

Chris Grassi is one of the CAL's leading passers with Jeff Millinazzo his top target. Wins over Lawrence and Ipswich proved the Pioneers have one of their better clubs in recent years.
