NORTH ANDOVER | Brooks tied the game early in the second quarter, but could do little from there and fell to the Governor's Academy 42-12.
Jordan Johnson led the Green and White with 65 yards rushing on eight carries and a 6-yard touchdown while Robert Perryman rushed 13 times for 62 yards and a 9-yard score.
"They just won the battle at the line of scrimmage," said Brooks coach John Quirk. "We were in it for a while, but a turnover before halftime really hurt us."
