HAVERHILL — A.J. Espinal gained 212 yards on just eight carries and scored three times as Whittier whipped winless Triton, 34-14.

Espinal scored on runs of 1, 41 and 42 yards. Tyler Flodstrom had a touchdown run and connected with Josh Rousseau for a 22-yard scoring strike.

Coach Kevin Bradley, who won his 125th game (125-78) in 18 years at the school, heaped praise on his offensive line.

"Chris McNulty, Cam Linger, Ethan Burridge and Mike Vetrano, they set the tone," said Bradley. "(End-linebacker) Joe Cahill was all over the place with two sacks and five tackles. Carlos Torrez was a force in the middle despite double teams. Crisdaury Ayala had two sacks."
The Cats improved to 5-5 while Triton fell to 0-10.
