Pentucket won the State Pentathlon in Boston on Tuesday, as Saige Tudisco, Madi Krohto and Ellison Seymour combined for a school-record 8,515 points.
Tudisco placed second out of 123 competitors with a school-record 3,229 points. She also set a school record in the long jump with 18-1 1/2, good for first overall, and placed third in the 55-meter hurdles (8.73) and fourth in the high jump (5-1 3/4). She also threw 26-11 1/4 in the shot put and ran the 800 in 2:41.67.
Krohto placed 13th overall with 2,748 points. Her best finish came in the hurdles, where she placed eighth (8.98). Seymour rounded out the group by finishing 25th overall with 2,538 points.
