Salem's field hockey team won its first-round Division 1 tourney game, defeating Merrimack 2-0 with Chloe Sicard scoring both goals and Jaycie Ritter making eight saves. The Blue Devils (8-6-1) will be at Pinkerton at 2 p.m. Saturday in the quarterfinals.
