Pelham closes out season with loss to Souhegan

PELHAM - Nick Johnson had a solid day, rushing nine times for 95 yards, including a 65 yard run, but Pelham lost 14-9 to Souhegan.
Dylan Ragonese also had a good day on the ground. He carried 18 times for 87 yards but the Pythons dropped to 2-6. Souhegan improved to 5-3.
Pelham did all its scoring in the second quarter and led 9-7 at halftime.
Johnson scored a one-yard TD, followed by a failed point after try.
Later in the second period, Kyle Masson connected for a 25 field goal.
QB Trevor Gagnon completed 2 of 4 passes for 15 yards. He connected with Joey Halpin for a three-yard pass and Ryan Demers for a 12-yard pass.
