Kayla Pellot hit a buzzer-beating 2-pointer to lead Haverhill over Lawrence, 51-49, on the road.
Pellot, who netted 19 points, received an inbound pass with 1.4 seconds remaining. She quickly dribbled to the baseline, faked a shot, then took her shot and scored as time expired.
Pellot and Molly Hoopes combined for 32 points as the Hillies improved to 12-5. Hoopes also added 19 rebounds and five blocked shots.
Lawrence dropped to 0-15.
"We just didn't box out in key situations," Lancers coach Dan Blouin said.
Lawrence's Karisha Jimenez scored a career-high 14 points, including converting four 3-pointers. Kiandra Vasquez poured in 15 points.
"Obviously we're pleased we ended up winning, but Lawrence did a great job," Hillies head coach Bob Melillo said. "They played hard and they have improved so much."
