Pinkerton's girls tennis team dug in when it counted as three out of four 8-6 matches went the way of the Astros, making the difference in a 6-3 win over Timberlane. Senior Julia Accardo had the toughest road for the Astros, fighting her way out of a 4-1 hole to win, 8-6, at second singles.
