Astros make epic comeback from the brink!

After losing the first two sets, it looked like the Pinkerton volleyball team's season was heading towards the end. But the Astros weren't going to give up. They won the third and fourth set to tie up their Division 1 first round matchup against Winnacunnet, then took the decisive fifth set, 15-13, to earn the dramatic 3-2 comeback win. Hunter Hazard led the way with 26 kills, 8 service points, 2 aces and 2 blocks for the No. 6-seeded Astros, who will be at No. 3 Goffstown in the quarterfinals on Tuesday (6 p.m.).

Pinkerton volleyball handed Keene its first loss of the season, winning the fourth and fifth set to overcome a 2-1 deficit and win, 3-2. On his birthday, Hunter Hazard led with 23 kills, while Justin Dunne led the way with four blocks in his first ever varsity match.
