Ashley LeBlanc and Amanda Petrow combined for 36 points and 25 rebounds, each getting a double-double as Methuen upset MVC Small champion Chelmsford, 50-38. Petrow added five deflections, five steals and three assists as her stellar defense got the Rangers running early and often. Becca Costa had eight points and six assists in the victory.

Boudreau hits 1,000

Andover scoring machine Nicole Boudreau hit the century mark as part of an 80-51 pasting of Methuen.

Boudreau, who added 10 steals, 8 rebounds and 8 assists to her gaudy stat line, sank a jumper at the beginning of the fourth quarter for her 21st point of the game, hitting 1,000 points on the nose before leaving the contest.
