Safety, and victory, in numbers

Strong team swimming allowed Haverhill to win events even though Belmont had the first finisher, winning 95-85 as a result. Connor Cronin and Phil Donnelly were neck-and-neck for second and third in the 200 IM while Mike Carbone and Max Koffman finished 2-3 in the 100 backstroke separated by just 4/100th of a second. "We came together as a team (yesterday)," said head coach George Nigro. "It felt nice to win."
