No. 10 North Andover boys lacrosse fell to No. 7 Franklin 12-7 in the Division 1 Round of 16. The Scarlet Knights finished the season 15-5.

Matt Roy made 14 saves and defensemen Tyler Fay and Jack Dalton dominated the faceoff X to lead North Andover to a 10-4 win over Burlington. Jake Lins led the Scarlet Knights with four goals.

After a 9-8 victory over Chelmsford Friday, ninth-ranked North Andover boys lacrosse will play for the MVC championship at No. 14 Billerica on Tuesday. Charlie Dean had three goals and Patrick Roy and Ollie Litster each added two in Friday's win. Matt Roy made 14 saves.

In a matchup of top-20 teams eighth-ranked North Andover improved to 12-2 with a convincing 17-5 victory No. 20 Dracut. Charlie Dean (4 goals, 2 assists), Ollie Litster (4,1), Jake Lins (1,4) and Brian Ferullo (1,4) each had at least five points while Patrick Roy added three goals. Junior goaltender had many spectacular saves among his 14.

Pat Roy scored four goals and added two assists, and Matt Roy turned in 18 saves — "Many of them were spectacular in the final minutes, said coach Steve Zella — as North Andover handed Billerica its second loss of the season, 12-6, in a battle of one-loss teams. Jack Daulton and Tyler Fay also excelled on defense for the Scarlet Knights (8-1).

Charlie Dean and Patrick Roy each scored four goals and Tyler Fay played shut-down defense to lead North Andover to a 17-6 victory over Melrose in the Players Cup Invitational. Matt Roy made 13 saves and Ean LaRochelle was 13 for 16 in the faceoff circle for the winners.

Jack Ferullo netted six goals, to lead North Andover to a 13-9 win over Andover. Matt Roy made 11 saves for the win.

Patrick Roy erupted for 7 goals and Jack Ferullo added three as North Andover lacrosse downed Haverhill, 16-5.
