Pentucket qualifies for tournament

After a three game losing streak put Pentucket on the brink, the Sachems stormed back and won their last two games to qualify for the state tournament. Connor O'Neil made five 3-pointers on his way to 19 points, and Nate McGrail matched that in the team's 62-55 win over archrival Triton.

One-two punch

 

North Reading's boys used the one-two punch of Justin Dorosh and Adam Goldstein to clip Pentucket 72-58. Dorosh had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Goldstein chipped in with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Jim Cleary had six 3-pointers and 24 points for Pentucket.
