After a three game losing streak put Pentucket on the brink, the Sachems stormed back and won their last two games to qualify for the state tournament. Connor O'Neil made five 3-pointers on his way to 19 points, and Nate McGrail matched that in the team's 62-55 win over archrival Triton.

Pentucket downed Masconomet 56-48 to keep its tournament hopes alive, moving to 8-9 with one game to play. Connor O'Neil had 17 points and Jimmy Cleary had 10.

Jimmy Cleary made seven 3-pointers and finished with 25 points to help Pentucket come from behind to beat Rockport 60-49. 

Junior Connor O'Neil hit the 30-point milestone for the first time in his career to lead Pentucket to a 66-53 victory Tuesday evening agaimst Georgetown.

Pentucket's Nathan McGrail went off for 21 points as the Sachems beat Manchester Essex 61-53. Connor O'Neil added 15 points with a pair of 3s, and Jimmy Cleary scored 9 points.

North Reading's boys used the one-two punch of Justin Dorosh and Adam Goldstein to clip Pentucket 72-58. Dorosh had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Goldstein chipped in with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Jim Cleary had six 3-pointers and 24 points for Pentucket.
