Scoring on all five of their penalty kick opportunites, Portsmouth took out top-seeded Windham to advance to the Division II champioship game. Portsmouth goalkeeper Wiley Hundertmark dove to his left to stone defenseman Jon Ferri on Windham's first pk attempt.
