.Masconomet (10-1): Chieftains recorded signature win with a two-point victory over previously unbeaten Pentucket earlier this week. The Cape Ann League Large title will have to be ripped away from them now.

.Swampscott (11-1): The Big Blue have a huge showdown with Peabody looming (this Friday). Extra practice time due to exam week couldn't be better timed.

.Peabody (10-1): The Tanners continuously shuffle bodies in and out, and each starter averages more than six points per game.

.Pentucket (11-1): Loss to Masco won't set Sachems back an inch.

.Andover (10-2): Golden Warriors are rounding into form.

.Ipswich (9-2): Tigers learned a lot in loss to Masco. The '1' in the loss column may look uglier than '0', but the tough game experience will help them come tourney time.

.Pinkerton (9-2): Astros pick up big win over rival Londonderry.

.Gloucester (7-4): The Fishermen have been playing their best basketball of the season as of late, currently riding a three-game winning streak. The Fishermen have held their opponents to less than 45 points in each of the victories.

.North Andover (7-5): Scarlet Knights have won four in a row.

.Newburyport (6-4): Falling into lose-won, win-one pattern after starting season 4-1.
