Ashley Dinges scored a team-high 14 points and added 8 rebounds and 6 steals as Central Catholic held off hard-charging Bishop Fenwick 51-50. Claire Finney added 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 steals for the winners.

Liv Reagan fired a pass in front of the net to Meghan Bean, who scored the go-ahead goal in the second half, and No. 10 seed Pentucket held strong to upset No. 2 Bishop Fenwick 1-0 in the Division 2 North quarterfinals. 

Central field hockey blanked Bishop Fenwick, 2-0, on goals by Caitlin Finneran and Hannah Cuff. Meghan Ferris made 13 saves including on a penalty stroke.

Pentucket's girls tennis team continues to play its best at the most opportune time, blanking Bishop Fenwick 5-0 in the Division 3 North quarterfinals.

For the second straigght tournament matchup, singles players Olivia Colby, Maggie Aulson and Parker Greason won their matches in straight sets. The Sachems will now face unbeaten Wayland at a time and date to be determined.

Junior Hannah Whipple remained calm under pressured and drilled the game-winning baseline jumper with 4.1 seconds left to send North Andover to a dramatic 48-46 win over Bishop Fenwick. The Knights overcame a 16-point halftime deficit, capped by Whipple's heroics. Caitlin Panos had 15 points and 3 threes in the win.

The Georgetown boys basketball team rallied from a 10-point fourth quarter deficit but fell in overtime to Bishop Fenwick 70-68. Hunter Lane poured in 33 points to lead the Royals, and Arlen Winer knocked down four 3-pointers on his way to 15 points.

Maddie DiPietro scored four goals, giving her five hat tricks and 27 goals on the year, as Central Catholic field hockey whipped Bishop Fenwick 6-1. Erin O'Neil scored twice for the Raiders (12-1-3).

Led by 15 saves by Jack Queenan, the Sachems shut down Bishop Fenwick on Monday in a 10-3 win. Eddie Beard potted four goals, while Nick Lamattina combined for four points with two goals and two assists.

Fresh off a 9-2 loss to Methuen, the Triton boys hockey team came back with a convincing 5-2 win over Bishop Fenwick. Kyle McKendry had two goals and Sam Rennick, Joe Killion and Josh D'Arcy each scored in the victory.

North Andover sophomore Caitlin Panos was simply on fire, going 7-of-11 from 3-point range and finishing with a team-high 25 points. Unfortunately, the Knights lost their season opener in overtime at Bishop Fenwick, 71-67.
